Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend consumer loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions.
• Address customer concerns and collaborate on strategies for problem loans.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage a growing loan portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks and deposits.
