You will support daily branch operations, mentor teammates, and ensure a positive total customer experience with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

• Originating consumer loans and completing loan applications.

• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Close loans, assemble loan folders, and manage files.
