Responsibilities
- Originate consumer loans with new and existing customers.
- Explain loan process and products to borrowers; complete loan applications.
- Close loans and manage loan portfolio servicing; meet loan goals.
- Provide excellent customer care and resolve issues promptly; handle inquiries.
