Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team or serving in a lead role within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing standards and regulatory expectations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn specialized software (MSP).

Responsibilities

• Loan payoff, payment, NSF reversal, ACH and cash adjustment processing.
• Handle complex processing of consumer loan products including account research and reconciliation.
• Train new colleagues and perform QC checks for team members.
• Respond to internal and external customers via written correspondence.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing; maintain procedures and job aids.
