Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of office administrative experience.
• Solid working knowledge of banking loan operations principles.
• Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with loan systems such as Jack Henry SilverLake is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan support functions: servicing closed loans, payment processing, and loan maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and letters in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Loan Operations Coordinator on status updates and deadlines.
• Assist other loan operations staff to reduce backlogs and meet deadlines for various loan types.
• Perform accounting/reconciliation tasks and compile data for reports.
• Interact with system support to resolve operational questions and issues.
• Duties may include file maintenance and transactions on loan accounts.
