Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit check, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and loan products to applicants.
• Address customer concerns and collaborate on strategies for problem loans.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and maintain files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals.
• Service a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Resolve customer issues with analytical skills.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and compliance.
