Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, build customer relationships, and achieve sales goals. You will help with daily branch operations, support the Branch Manager, and demonstrate professional communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary products.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and actively seeks new loan opportunities.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up on pending applicants.
• Explains loan processes and answers questions about products and processing.
• Closes loans and assembles loan folders; tracks files and documentation.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals and manages servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
