Job summary

Toyota North America invites a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to join the New Mobility & Future Business Team. You will partner with market insights, business development and product planning to translate research into strategic decisions, shaping opportunities in emerging mobility solutions.

You will synthesize customer and market insights, supporting go-to-market and investment decisions while collaborating with engineers, designers and executives to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Market Research, Business, Psychology, Anthropology or related field.
Experience translating research into actionable business decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal clients to plan and execute mixed-methods research projects.
Synthesize customer, market, and pricing insights into clear recommendations.
Support development of new products, services, and mobility solutions.
Communicate findings to executives and cross-functional teams.
