Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research or growth operations.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• 1+ years of experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer metrics including LTV, CAC, churn, and cohort performance using SQL and statistics.
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth and revenue projections.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct market research and price analysis to optimize revenue and affordability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales to integrate insights and support growth strategies.
• Identify data gaps and work with engineering to improve data collection.
• Deliver presentations translating technical findings into business recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc research projects such as regional market assessments.
