Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (Starlink) to drive data-driven decision making, build scalable dashboards, and automate processes that improve customer outcomes and accelerate revenue.

You will own end-to-end data integrity and partner across the organization to translate insights into actionable recommendations, supporting rapid growth of Starlink. Responsibilities include designing metrics, creating department dashboards, collaborating across teams, and training stakeholders on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in reporting/analytics in customer operations or related fields.
• 3+ years building dashboards with data visualization tools.
• 3+ years using an analytics language (Python or R).
• 1+ years leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses using SQL and other methods to identify issues and opportunities.
• Define and develop department metrics and dashboards for customer accounts.
• Collaborate across the organization to understand workflows and gaps.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue and efficiency.
• Own data integrity, tooling, and reporting quality.
• Train users on dashboards, APIs, and tools; assist in troubleshooting.
• Enhance data capture for future Account Management use cases.
• Support new market launches and cross-functional initiatives.
