Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with SQL and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer metrics including LTV, CAC, churn, and cohorts using SQL and statistics.
• Forecast subscriber growth, revenue, and market penetration with external factors.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct market research and pricing analyses to optimize revenue and affordability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to translate insights into growth strategies.
• Identify data gaps and work with engineering to improve data collection for consumer use cases.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear, business-oriented recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc regional market analyses and emerging broadband trends.
