Job summary

Galderma in the United States is seeking a Senior Demand Planner, Consumer to partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Trade, Finance, and Product Lifecycle teams to ensure monthly forecast alignment and updates in Cloud Suite.

You will own SKU-level demand forecasting for assigned Consumer accounts, analyze retailer POS data, and present insights in Demand Review forums, supported by KPI reporting and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college/university.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales and operations planning, supply and demand planning, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of how planning processes drive operations.
• Experience with Excel, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the Consensus Demand Plan for all SKUs of assigned Consumer accounts with sales, inventory, and promotional data.
• Collaborates with Sales monthly for forecast alignment and presents insights in Demand reviews.
• Analyzes retailer POS and shipped data to identify deviations and actions to correct forecasts.
• Coordinates with partners to assess inventory, promotions, and display needs and advise on actions.
• Leads projects including new product launches and lifecycle changes across multiple teams.
• Monitors KPIs and drives corrective actions when forecasts drift beyond boundaries.
• Supports data integrity and continuous improvement of planning processes.
