Job summary

Galderma in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Demand Planner, Consumer to partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Trade, Finance, and Product Lifecycle teams. You will own SKU-level demand forecasting for assigned consumer accounts and present insights in Demand Review forums.

Responsibilities include analyzing retailer POS, identifying deviations from the Demand Plan, driving corrective actions, and supporting the S&OP process with cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and operations planning, supply and demand planning.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the Consensus Demand Plan for all SKUs of assigned Consumer accounts using sales, inventory, promotional, and forecasting data.
• Collaborates with the Sales team monthly for forecast alignment and presents insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Analyzes retailer POS and customer shipped data to identify deviations from the Demand Plan and drives corrective actions.
• Monitors KPIs (COF, Lost Sales, forecast accuracy, bias) and communicates impacts to stakeholders.
• Supports S&OP processes and data integrity across departments.
