2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred.
Possesses strong sales skills.

Responsibilities

Open accounts and perform maintenance as needed.
Run a Teller drawer as deemed by management.
Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
Partner with internal teams to provide service or solutions for clients.
Ensure timely client follow up and maintain risk and compliance standards.
Assist clients in transacting across branch, drive-thru, phone, and email.
