Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Workday expert to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions for clients. The role covers assessments, transformations, optimization, and ongoing support in a flexible work arrangement with on-site milestones as required.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Workday HCM or ERP in recruiting, learning, or talent functions, with a Master’s option for fewer years or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years Workday HCM or ERP experience in Recruiting/Learning/Talent.
• Master's degree with 1 year Workday HCM/ERP experience; or 7 years' total Workday/HCM experience without degree.
• Minimum 2 years of Workday experience; 25% travel; Workday Public Sector experience preferred.
• Active Workday HCM, Compensation or Benefits certifications preferred; MS Office proficiency.
• No security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions from initial assessments through full transformations.
• Manage activities in Workday Practice Optimization, including support, assessments, and Phase X deployments.
• Lead design and development of solutions to optimize clients' Workday tenants.
• Provide mainly remote/office support with on-site milestones as needed.

Job description

• Deliver Workday solutions from initial assessments through entire transformations
• Manage activities in the Workday Practice Optimization program, including production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments
• Lead the design and development of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant
• Provide primarily work-from-home and/or Guidehouse-office support, with on-site support for key milestones as needed
• Travel up to 25%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in a Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of one (1) year of such experience
• Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, including no degree with seven (7) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience with Workday
• Up to 25% travel
• Workday Public Sector experience preferred
• Current active Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits Certifications preferred
• Extensive knowledge using Microsoft products
• No security clearance required
