AT&T is seeking a Senior Consultant Prof Services ATC to join its Sales team in Austin, Texas. You will focus on acquiring new business, conducting customer visits, and collaborating with your team from the office when not in the field.

The role combines project management, technical design, and client engagement, overseeing billable projects from identification to invoicing while delivering strategic, tailored solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of sales related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities from client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge and system architecture skills.
• Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions.
• Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business.
• Contribute to knowledge repositories, mentor others, and provide inputs to strategic service development.
