- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Design innovative technology solutions and oversee their implementation and integration.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality per specifications.
- Understand client requirements, deliver tailored systems solutions, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
- Leverage product knowledge to optimize solutions and stay updated with trends and best practices.
- Train clients and internal teams; create detailed documentation; collaborate with development teams to enhance offerings.
