Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a Senior Consultant to steer delivery excellence across complex client engagements in a fast-growing cyber risk environment. You will lead multi-account programs, mentor consultants, and own the quality and strategic direction of engagements, reporting to a PS Manager.

You will shape how consultants approach work, design scalable engagement strategies, and drive retention, expansion, and trust with key clients, while balancing leadership duties with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in consulting, customer success, or risk/security roles with progression.
• Proven track record owning client outcomes and retention.
• Strong ability to translate technical findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and outcomes for complex client engagements.
• Design and approve engagement strategies and deliverables.
• Mentor Consultants assigned to accounts on client management and quality.
• Conduct quality assurance on deliverables before release to clients.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with CS, Sales, and Product on portfolio.
