Job summary

Bitsight, a cyber risk management leader, is seeking a Consultant in our Professional Services organization to drive client programs and deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

You will execute day-to-day work, collaborate with Analysts, and own your portion of each engagement, receiving clear guidance from Senior Consultants and Managers as you build consulting fundamentals and grow into larger roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client-facing roles.
• Experience in consulting, customer success, support, or sales.
• Interest in cybersecurity and third‑party risk management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑tech stakeholders.
• Proven troubleshooting and systematic issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and multi‑client organization.
• Preferred: vendor security assessments, security audits, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily client program activities with Senior Consultants.
• Own timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Be primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with Analysts to run client initiatives and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete vendor risk assessments per methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations in reports or presentations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Become a power user of Bitsight products and escalate when needed.
