Mastercard Dubai is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead services business development for Mastercard Direct Services (MCDS) in the EEMEA region. You will drive revenue growth by winning new clients, expanding engagements, and delivering multi-year, high-value consulting solutions for Financial Institutions and digital payment providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in top management consulting with Financial Institutions clients.
• Proven track record in initiating, developing, closing sales and meeting targets.
• Strong ability to articulate business value and ROI to executives.
• Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with strong client relationship building.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic/Russian/French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage business development activities for Mastercard Services within MCDS across EEMEA.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
• Contribute to pitches and RFP responses; drive new multi-year revenues.
• Collaborate with MCDS leadership and advisory teams for go-to-market.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and monetize opportunities.
• Develop value narratives and customized presentations for new business pitches.
• Support knowledge management and intellectual capital development.
