Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Card Solutions Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within the Services team. You will lead complex digital programs for financial services clients, shaping product strategy and ensuring measurable value realization.

You will develop client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and advocate for best-practice project management and change management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large (digital) enterprise level programs in financial services
• Ability to build durable client relationships beyond a single assignment
• Proven track record of leading for measurable business value and benefits
