Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Business Development for the Digital Giant Segment in the EEMEA markets. The role focuses on growing revenue by identifying opportunities with strategic clients, embedding Mastercard capabilities, and leading commercial strategies across multiple markets.

Based in UAE, you will own partner relationships and drive regional expansion. You will develop and execute go-to-market plans, lead negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value, ROI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in deal commercialization and P&L management.
Deep knowledge of payments, data processing concepts and banking operations practices.
Strong sales and business development background with marketplace awareness.
Fluency in English; Arabic preferred; ability to engage C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Own Mastercard’s relationship with assigned digital giant accounts and develop aligned strategies.
Drive revenue growth, build business cases, and respond to RFPs.
Analyze financial and payment data to recommend partner-specific value.
