Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable, value-driven solutions. You will lead requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to deliver successful business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in consulting, business analysis or related services.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Must manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide status updates and maintain communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
