Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that improve efficiency and client value. The role covers requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation.

You will mentor teammates, support project delivery, and contribute to high-quality client outcomes through collaboration and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, IS, technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Provide status updates and maintain clear communication throughout projects.
• Gather, extract, reconcile, and analyze data as needed.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Resolve client inquiries and technical questions.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Develop scalable process and solution designs aligned to client objectives.
• Configure, implement, test, and support solutions based on requirements.
• Create testing scenarios to ensure quality and performance.
