Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that improve efficiency and client value. You will conduct requirements analysis, design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to support delivery of initiatives.

You will mentor teammates, maintain high-quality client outcomes, and collaborate across global teams to drive excellence in execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in consulting, business analysis, or related professional services.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business issues, identify requirements, and design scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and project designs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support data gathering, testing, and issue resolution.
