The role involves requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years in consulting, business analysis, or similar environment.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions and coordinating stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with project delivery, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and design scalable solutions that drive client value.
• Analyze processes, evaluate data, and specify functional designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across project lifecycles.
