Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, identify challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and client value. The role involves requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, or related services.
• Experience translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project delivery, documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide status updates and maintain client communication throughout projects.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
