Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze business processes, and design scalable solutions. The role involves requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

The position emphasizes mentoring, collaboration, and execution excellence to drive operational efficiency and client value across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.

Education
