Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that improve client value and efficiency. The role covers requirements analysis, design, data evaluation, testing, and documentation to support delivery of business and technology initiatives.

The incumbent will mentor team members, exercise independent judgment, and contribute to high-quality client outcomes through analytical rigor and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
