Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value. The role includes requirements analysis, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of initiatives, mentoring teammates, and delivering high-quality client outcomes through collaboration and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of three years in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, or related services.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Document scalable process and solution designs.
• Configure, implement, test, and support business/tech solutions.
• Create and execute testing scenarios to ensure quality and performance.
• Assist in project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
