Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive efficiency and client value. The role involves requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to enable successful delivery.

The position requires independent judgment, mentorship of team members, and contributing to high-quality client outcomes through analytical rigor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• People: Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct; provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members; review work products for accuracy and quality; support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and global counterparts; contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Client: Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements; translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs; provide proactive status updates and maintain communication; assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis; develop client documentation, reports, and presentations; support inquiries and service-related matters.
• Value: Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies; develop scalable designs; configure, implement, test, and support solutions; create and document testing scenarios; assist in project planning and timelines; identify risks and escalate issues; deliver timely, high-quality results.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
