We’re looking for Software Engineering Recruiters to join our TechBio team and niche down. This is a 360/full cycle, business development recruiting role with a solid base to build from. Your initial focus will be on sourcing and placing top-tier software talent into some of the most exciting start-ups and high-growth businesses in the life sciences space.

Right now, we’re supporting on 40+ live roles (and growing fast) across:

🔬 AI / ML / AL Engineers for drug discovery and healthtech platforms

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-energy team, working closely with businesses redefining how healthcare is delivered and medicines are discovered.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven 180 or 360 recruiter who is passionate about the space
• Energy, commerciality, and a genuine passion for tech and healthcare innovation
• Experience recruiting in software engineering, product, DevOps, data, or infrastructure
