Responsibilities

• Provides expert underwriting assistance and formal referral approval for multiple lines of business in Large Construction.
• Ensures continuity between Primary Casualty and Excess placements; supports leadership on transactions.
• Monitors decision frameworks and recommends improvements for referrals and technical reviews.
• Drives underwriting technical excellence in Large Construction with leadership input.
• Identifies product/service enhancements and underwriter capability development opportunities.
• Coordinates collaboration across UW Support, Claims, Actuarial, and NA Product Teams.
