You will apply deep technical judgment, market insight, and data-driven analysis to set coverage, terms, limits, and pricing within authority.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent typically required.
• Proven analytical ability to evaluate underwriting risks and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills for complex analyses and training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage construction-focused inland marine business, evaluating risk, pricing, terms, and limits.
• Build profitable broker and client relationships and represent Liberty Mutual in the marketplace.
• Apply technical and market expertise to analyze exposures and articulate coverage differences and conditions.
• Manage portfolio performance, growth opportunities, and accumulation across projects and geographies.
• Collaborate across the organization to improve underwriting quality, processes, and tools.
• Drive underwriting excellence and mentor underwriters and internal partners.
