Qualifications

• Preferred college degree; relevant technical or military training may substitute four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of work and identify critical items that affect project schedule.
• Review design for constructability and approve change notices.
• Monitor subcontractors for safety and cost efficiency.
• Prepare field installation subcontract packages.
• Oversee contractor performance and compliance with regulations.
