Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive construction experience across multifamily, gov't, and commercial projects.
• Proficient with estimating, scheduling, budget/cost control, negotiation, field supervision, and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and contract documents.
• Experience managing subcontracts and working with trade partners.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple trade partners' phases of construction on parallel projects.
• Lead field team from notice to proceed through warranty, providing mentorship.
• Coordinate design team and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Develop and monitor baseline schedules; ensure quality, safety, and production.
• Maintain up-to-date as-built drawings and participate in monthly reviews.
• Oversee logistics, material control, and client/inspectors relationships.
• Attend corporate meetings and trainings; support project closeout activities.
