Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and supervise subcontractors.
• Develop and execute project plans and look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain safety culture and conduct progress meetings.
• Coordinate communications among owner, architect, subcontractors, and Landmark personnel.
