Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Senior Superintendent to oversee complex commercial and industrial construction projects in Raleigh, NC. You will provide field leadership from groundbreaking through closeout, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety standards are met while mentoring field teams.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, manage subcontractors, and drive successful project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years of commercial, institutional, or industrial construction experience, including supervisory leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and project teams.

• Develop and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff.

Work Environment
