Job summary

Build Group, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for Tenant Improvement & Special Projects to lead on-site operations, ensure safety, and drive project schedules and quality. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site layouts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet contract requirements and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on management of field personnel, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in construction field with minimum 5 years as Lead Superintendent.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Solid computer skills with MS Office (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word).
• OSHA-30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, orderly worksite with employees and subs.
• Develop, communicate and manage the project schedule.
• Lead subcontractor coordination to ensure progress on deliverables.
• Develop and maintain site layout plan with internal and external parties.
• Partner with teams to implement a project-specific quality control program.
• Identify equipment needs and manage assets with internal and supplier teams.
• Develop and lead the team to continuous improvement.
