The role requires strong field leadership, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to work extended hours as project needs demand. A valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Strong ability to supervise multi-discipline teams and coordinate field operations.
• Wamiliarity with safety policies and on-site risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Plan and enforce site logistics to enable project goals and schedule.
• Manage spaceX construction assets and safety policies on site.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management for schedules and resources.
• Maintain daily field logs and report to management.
