Extensive travel is expected, with a focus on developing supervisory talent and maintaining high performance. The role requires a four-year degree in construction management or engineering and at least seven years of leadership

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years leading and supervising construction teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Champion Standard Work and safety, enforce procedures on project sites.
• Mentor site teams, train leadership in safety and quality practices.
