Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Manager I – Site Safety to lead safety initiatives across large-scale construction projects. You will develop site-specific safety programs, drive regulatory compliance, and foster a strong safety culture on site teams.

The role blends field engagement with program oversight, mentors safety professionals, and partners with site leadership to reduce risk, improve incident reporting, and sustain operational excellence on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive construction safety experience
• Ability to relocate to project site
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Safety Professionals across complex project sites
• Direct the application of HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee incident investigations using root cause analysis and regulatory processes
• Develop and execute site-specific safety communication plans
• Mentor safety teams and site leadership on hazard identification and prevention
