Job summary

JE Dunn in Portland seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects. This role drives safety culture, coordinates subcontractors, and oversees budgets, schedules and field operations to deliver on time and within scope.

The candidate will lead meetings, manage documentation, and collaborate with design teams, owners and authorities to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentoring for staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care and control.
