Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a major commercial construction project located onsite in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The role requires direct supervision of multiple crews, coordination with subcontractors, and strong leadership to drive on-site operations on a large-scale project.

We expect a minimum of 10 years in construction management with experience leading 100MM-200MM+ projects as the lead superintendent.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED. An Associate or bachelor’s in construction management is preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction and management of field personnel.
Must have run at least 1-2 large scale projects (100MM-200mm+) from start to finish as the Lead Sr. Superintendent.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: (not specified).

Responsibilities

Oversee project administration including schedule review, submittals, pay applications, and cost reports.
Provide direction to Project Superintendent(s) and Foremen on manpower, equipment, and material needs.
Enforce safety programs and policy compliance on the jobsite.
Coordinate with project team and subcontractors to ensure progress and quality.
Manage changes, claims documentation, and project close-out activities.
