Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison among owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects, and engineers on a large commercial construction project in Eagle Butte, SD. This role provides supervision to project personnel and ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the owner, managing resources, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• 2+ years in a Project Manager role delivering capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Flintco, owner representatives, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
• Provide management supervision to project personnel to deliver projects within budget and on schedule.
• Ensure resource allocation and client satisfaction; supervise Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Administrators.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, shop drawings, schedules, and procurement logs.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and prepare status reports for upper management and client.
