Job summary

Flintco, LLC in Eagle Butte, SD, seeks a Project Manager to lead on-site construction projects for a large commercial job. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers to ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence.

You will supervise project personnel, manage resources, review schedules, bids and procurement, and ensure completion with client satisfaction. Travel to remote project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management.
• At least 2 years serving in a Project Manager role with direct responsibility for successful delivery of capital construction projects.
• Including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional certification such as LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review preparation and culmination of project estimates and bids, and collaboration with management in selecting and assigning project personnel.
• Review the selection of subcontractors and completion of contract arrangements; review proposed materials and shop drawings from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review project schedules and ensure all required PM/administrative prerequisites are prepared and properly administered.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent in overseeing delivery of materials; monitor construction activities and resolve issues affecting budget, schedule, or quality.
• Ensure punch list items are completed; prepare closeout documentation and support client satisfaction.
