Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a large commercial project in Eagle Butte, SD. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and project administration on-site, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in construction management, including 1–2 large-scale projects as lead superintendent, and a degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction and management of field personnel.
• Must have run 1–2 large scale projects (100MM-200mm+) from start to finish as the Lead Sr. Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Review the initial project schedule with the Vice President of Field Operations and project team.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor daily project activities, manpower, equipment and line-up information.
• Ensure safety compliance, incident reporting, and toolbox talks.
