Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Superintendent role in construction.
• Proven leadership, planning, and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience with multi-family projects and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from pre-construction to post-construction.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones and resources.
• Lead a high-performing team and drive safety and quality.
• Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings for construction.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders.
