Jobot seeks a dynamic Superintendent for a growing construction firm in Sheridan, WY. You will lead project lifecycles, coordinate subs, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Requires 4+ years in a Superintendent role, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel. A related degree is preferred; CCM/CSL are a plus. Competitive pay with bonus potential and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Superintendent role.
• Experience in strategic planning, team leadership, construction management, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CCM/CSL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, schedules, and budget adherence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and quality workmanship.
• Handle change orders effectively to minimize delays in timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Apply multi-family construction expertise to meet requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to guide activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and client communications.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
