Jobot is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent in Michigan to oversee complex residential projects from start to finish. The role requires leadership, strong budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors.

You will ensure safety, code compliance, and timely delivery while collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to solve construction challenges. Excellent communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of multifamily construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and codes compliance.
• Create and maintain project schedules with project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and control costs.
• Lead daily meetings to review progress and address issues.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.
